Best upright vacuum bag? Easy to remove Russian?

I have very long hair that sheds a lot. I had two vacuums I die in four years because of the roller around the messy hair that revolves around it. Anyone have any idea of a good, upright, vacuum bag clean and has a roller which is easy to remove so you can clean it after each use?

I also have very long hair (at the bottom of back). Most people will tell you that makes the best Dyson vacuum, but I had a Dyson for 3 weeks, and I hated it. The parties felt cheap and weak and I could not get under furniture with it. I ended up with a commercial version (Windsor Flexamatic - http://www.windsorind.com/products/index ...) The http://youtube.com/watch?v=-AdZfIKnGwo Sebo Felix. I love this vacuum. Sebum is almost $ 600 but only paid $ 300 for the Flexamatic right (and is even heavier .. go figure). I've owned for nearly 6 years, run her almost every day and have never had a problem. I had to replace the brush once, but it comes very easily for cleaning and change. All you have to do is push a button, touch the outside edge of the right and slides out. And every time I change the filter and the bag is like having a new machine. My vacuum has done all the things I saw claimed by Dyson. It never loses suction and can maneuver anywhere.

My son likes to help around the house (which is 2 and a half). He has toy vacuum cleaner, but want one that actually works and makes things.
