How long Bagless past filters?

Hello, I'm looking to buy Dirt Devil Vision vacuum cleaner has a HEPA filter. I realize filters are very expensive .... how long? (in terms of years, and in terms of how many times you empty the cup approx). I'm new to vacuum cleaners, open to suggestions! Thank you! (100-200 price range)

Personally, I would stay away from Dirt Devil, Eureka both. Never I've had good luck with both. If you want to spend the $ 200 range, try a Bissell Healthy Home vacuum. It has HEPA filtration. The big difference is that it has a trajectory similar to the Dyson cyclonic air (9 cyclones little) on which to spin the earth in the air current and the collection container. This means less land will filter and filters last longer. And unity has a sponge filter which can be washed before the expensive HEPA filter. Keep clean your HEPA filter will last much longer. Due to keep that filter clean, I had to replace the HEPA filter however, although they have removed and cleaned with a sweeper another time. And I've had the phrase almost a year. But in my house, a sweeper is a lot of use! We empty the cup after each use. And every so often, I take the whole collection unit outside dirt and tear and brush any loose dirt / dust out of it. And the hose from the unit is smooth and sufficient time I park the base in the bottom of the ladder and clean up all the stairs without any problems.
