Does anyone know what is best ElecktraPure vacuum cleaner, Ricco, or Oreck /?

I have neck and arm vaccuming I have a hard time, but I need one that is a bag on the outside and the inside or that is heavy and I am pleased to Trinidad which of the three vacuum cleaners is that clean better and last longer.
