Best upright vacuum bag? Easy to remove Russian?

I have very long hair that sheds a lot. I had two vacuums I die in four years because of the roller around the messy hair that revolves around it. Anyone have any idea of a good, upright, vacuum bag clean and has a roller which is easy to remove so you can clean it after each use?

I also have very long hair (at the bottom of back). Most people will tell you that makes the best Dyson vacuum, but I had a Dyson for 3 weeks, and I hated it. The parties felt cheap and weak and I could not get under furniture with it. I ended up with a commercial version (Windsor Flexamatic - http://www.windsorind.com/products/index ...)
